Nikolas Ferreira: It's very easy to postpone the discussion and the vote on a matter that deals with people's lives, since they are not our uncles, our cousins, our grandmothers, our children, our parents.
And each day this House delays the discussion of the amnesty for those who need it, you are saying that it is deferrable.
Nikolas Ferreira: However, discussing a bill that could be used by the Left to persecute opponents is not postponable.
Nikolas Ferreira: For me, Mr. President, that is disrespect to the National Congress.
