Renan Santos: Along with changes to penal laws and to the criminal procedure laws, and bringing what we call the criminal law of the enemy, which will qualify criminal organizations, the factions, as anomalous organizations, as the enemy.

They will lose those prerogatives because they are in a permanent commission of crime and do not recognize the Brazilian State.
