Extremism and Hate Speech

The normalization of hatred, the normalization of political or other forms of violence against women.

This is a country of diversity, of democracy, of healthy debate — never of hate speech, of a minority that will dominate the country at the expense of a majority that is unable to participate in the civilizing process.

An older statement that generated controversy: you defended the right of Nazi parties to exist in Germany.

I also never defended Nazi political parties in Germany.

Hate speech, misogyny... What is the legal definition of that?

What is the tradition? What is the foundation for that?

It is not found in doctrine, it is not found in case law, yet we are legislating and pointing this out as the guiding thread of a policy of repression of crimes.
