   Opportunity changes destinies. We created BEEM to bring the classroom closer to the job market through paid internships, giving our young people the chance to gain experience, income and a pathway to the future. While studying, thousands of students in the state school system are already putting into practice what they have learned, developing new skills and taking the first steps in their careers with the support of the State. My sincere thanks to all the students who shared their stories and trusted our work. You are the greatest proof that creating opportunities transforms lives. Let's continue working so that more and more young people have the opportunity to dream, grow and succeed.
