Kim Kataguiri: I personally advocate for a new Constitution that would allow the death penalty, because for me the pedophile, a person who rapes a child, does not even deserve to be supported by the State inside a prison with life imprisonment.
I personally support the death penalty, but since that is unconstitutional today, the most we can do to restrict the freedom of the pedophile, the most we can do to protect our children, we will do.
