Nikolas Ferreira: Mr. President, finally, today the request for urgency is warranted by a matter that is truly urgent: helping the worker, the micro-entrepreneur, the one who, for years, had a ceiling that did not adjust over the years, of R$81,000 in revenue.
Thank God, here Congress is united to raise that limit to R$130,000.
Nikolas Ferreira: And I will say more: it should be raised even to R$240,000, which is the amendment of Deputy Zé Trovão.
Nikolas Ferreira: After all, this helps prevent informality, allowing those micro-entrepreneurs who represent 95%, together with small businesses, to be able to hire another person, expand and broaden their work, and not be left with a rope around their neck, as is happening now.
