Romeu Zema: So, it's not easy, but we managed to move forward.
Romeu Zema: We had seven years of many accomplishments.
In two months, I hand over the state government to the vice-governor and a state much better than the one I received seven years ago, which was in a chaotic situation: public servants received salary in installments, didn't receive the 13th salary, mayors committing suicide, falling ill, resigning, because they didn't receive the transfers from the state government.
Romeu Zema: And today all of that is up to date and I put an end to the graveyard of unfinished, incomplete, abandoned works in the state.
Romeu Zema: And I leave to my successor, Lourenço, a large construction site of works in progress with the funds already deposited for the completion of those projects.
