Countries that are going through this around the world are already finding ways to encourage families to have more children.
Tabata Amaral: So I always say, people, this will pay for itself; each year it will be cheaper, because unfortunately there will be fewer children, and if we don't invest in the family there is no strong country — we have to invest.
Desconhecido: So it's a provocation to many people who... who don't understand that a child, a present father, and a strong family are an investment in society as a whole.
