Tabata Amaral: I could offer numerous examples, but it was three years in which this group, which later became a parliamentary front that I have the honor to lead, listened to society, to businessmen and businesswomen, to determine how long paternity leave should be, how we cover this cost, how we make this a reality.
What we saw here today was a historic act.
