Tarcisio: So we have to think, across the whole chain: I have the rare earths, I can build the data center, I have an energy supply, but I need public policy, I need to bring the link here, I have to start producing the semiconductor here, part of that chain has to come here, and that's what has to be negotiated.
I have to... train the workforce for the Internet of Things, cloud computing, for artificial intelligence, and then I have to start training AI here.
Tarcisio: And AI will have a huge, staggering application in everything—increasing companies' productivity, replacing routine jobs—and we need qualified workers so we can tame that AI and improve state services.
Tarcisio: Because AI is what will provide the revolution in healthcare, true inclusion in health.
