Tarcisio: This was handled with CPFL; CPFL gave us support. For example, a generator was installed at the HC de Ribeirão, a generator was installed in other critical facilities, a generator was installed... in some water production units, which was our priority at the time.
Tarcisio: Even so, we expected we would have problems with the water supply, because if there is no power, consequently there will be no water.
That is why we mobilized water tanker trucks here, which we had delivered to the municipalities, and we sent from São Paulo a reinforcement of 11 more water tanker trucks to carry out this water supply, which was essential.
Tarcisio: There was a major effort to clean the roads and remove trees.
Tarcisio: This has resulted in roads being cleared and also in our being able to repair the networks, which is very important.
