Tarcisio: We are returning many stolen phones to the people whose phones were stolen.
So we have a series of actions where we are suppressing and attacking the crime of fencing — targeting the workshops that did the fencing, the disassembly, the clandestine resale, acting at those addresses.
Tarcisio: So the results have been encouraging, because the drop we've had over the last 12 months was significant — it was an expressive decrease.
Tarcisio: And, again, there's the issue we mentioned of changing the legislation to prevent recidivism, because the people operating in this market are being caught, arrested, and they come back.
