Tarcisio: We are returning many stolen phones to the people whose phones were stolen.
Tarcisio: So we have a series of actions where we are suppressing and attacking the crime of fencing — targeting the workshops that did the fencing, the disassembly, the clandestine resale, acting at those addresses.
So the results have been encouraging, because the drop we've had over the last 12 months was significant — it was an expressive decrease.
Tarcisio: And, again, there's the issue we mentioned of changing the legislation to prevent recidivism, because the people operating in this market are being caught, arrested, and they come back.
Tarcisio: So combating recidivism is fundamental for us to solve this problem.
