Tarcisio: Because São Paulo is a state that values public security, that's why we hired 7,500 civil police officers, 11,000 military police officers, and that's why we support the debtor PLP — moreover, we know it is important; that's why we came here to propose it, and that's why in our states we are making a difference, because there we take public security seriously.
By the way, instead of having 40 ministries, it would be good to abolish a bunch of them and create the Ministry of Public Security.
