Federalism and Decentralization

São Paulo has several realities; the capital and the metropolitan region have their own reality.

But I would like to reinforce, as someone who is a municipalist, I want and understand that it is necessary to decentralize policy, decentralize the budget, decentralize resources, so that they do not only serve the municipality of São Paulo.

so that they reach Mauá, but also reach Castilho, which borders the city where I was born, Três Lagoas, so that they can extend not only to metropolitan regions but also to more distant administrative regions, whether the Northwest of São Paulo, the Coast, the Baixada Santista, or the Alto Tietê — it doesn't matter.

I think... São Paulo has a very important federative role.
