Strategic planning

The world wants a multi-year plan, as we have in the United States of five years, in China of ten years, and rural insurance, because today the rural producer in the Eurolada.

Because there's also one thing, man, that I think Brazil really lacks: it's something like strategic planning, you know? We have zero strategic planning, you know? And China — China has it. China is just strategic planning, and long-term, which is wonderful.

When we structured the Yellow Book, we tried to make the series of portfolios that a president would have — the ministries — into a coherent whole.

Today, our energy plan up to 2050 is aligned with our climate resilience plan, which is aligned... with our sanitation plan.
