So it makes no sense that he can put someone in prison and that same person, even while imprisoned, by having access to a cellphone or through a third party using their social media, continues committing crimes on their social media, keeps selling drugs, spreading pedophilia, recruiting people for factions.

So this bill goes in that direction.
