If you want a country to develop, to be more productive, that generally happens because people receive education, have good ideas, and start businesses in that country.
Desconhecido: If the environment is friendly to that, if there is private property, if they are clear that the results will be theirs, if there is more legal certainty — but it all starts with education.
Desconhecido: And in Brazil education is poor.
