Just recently, last week, this very case was reported: an operation took place inside a 'biqueira' in Santa Catarina and those who were running the spot had their Bolsa Família cards there, and it was reported that the PSRs used the card precisely to buy drugs.
So what we see is that from 2023 onwards we see a facilitation of access by the homeless to Bolsa Família and we see that this becomes practically a multi-billion transfer directly from Bolsa Família.
