Desconhecido: Here, in the art of improvisation and change of agenda, I just wanted, in the interval that separates us from the president's lunchtime speech — and I am the uncomfortable speech at this moment — to leave three messages, Mr. President, Vice-President, ministers.
The first is that, under President Lula's administration, Brazil returned to the international stage.

Desconhecido: And the second message I wanted to leave is that, in this leadership, Brazil has led a new way of doing multilateralism.
