What Desconhecido said about finance and support civil society organizations that confront violence against women

Desconhecido: These organizations build bridges.

Desconhecido: They scale up and make a difference in women's lives.

But the State needs to be involved to fund these efforts and to scale this process.

Desconhecido: And I'm coming to an end.

Desconhecido: Therefore I make three very practical appeals to this government beyond everything that has already been done.
