Erika Hilton: LGBT people exist and will continue to exist, will continue to resist, will continue to occupy all spaces in society, and Your Excellencies should get used to it.
Erika Hilton: We do not want to take anyone else's space.
We are trying to build the space that was stolen from us, the space that was denied to us, the space that you daily prevent us from reaching.
Erika Hilton: And one of those spaces is the right to life, the right to education, the space of formal employment, the right to housing.
Erika Hilton: I am also outraged that we have granted an exemption on the electricity tariff for shelter homes, because I wish there were no shelter homes, that LGBT people were not expelled from their homes for being LGBT.
