Erika Hilton: Mr. President, I take the microphones of this Chamber today to denounce the Mayor of the city of São Paulo, Ricardo Nunes.
The Mayor has behaved like a bank manager when it comes to the allocation of parliamentary amendments.
Erika Hilton: He looks at which councilors are in his favor to authorize the allocation and disbursement of these amendments, which I classify as arbitrary, criminal.
Erika Hilton: Public funds need to be divided so that all councilors can carry out their political work, and not only the Mayor's allies and accomplices.
