For those who own little private jets, for those who run betting platforms. And the bill fell on those who earned less. In their time, anyone earning more than R$2,000 per month was already paying income tax.
Fernando Haddad: In São Paulo, Tarcísio still follows the same playbook. Sabesp, privatized by him, earns billions, while you pay more for water for a worse service. The road concessionaires also profit much more with increasingly more tolls. And you foot the bill. That's why they invent so many lies to shift responsibility for the harms they've always caused Brazil off their shoulders.
