Guilherme Boulos: Brazil created CSN, which carried out refining and processing of iron ore and produced steel almost 100 years ago.
Why today, with available technologies, wouldn't Brazil have the capacity to create a processing and refining chain for rare earths and critical minerals?
Guilherme Boulos: To add value here, to generate jobs here, to enrich the country, and not an American fund that will manage this?
