I only provoke the Supreme Federal Tribunal to enforce the Constitution.
Kim Kataguiri: I don't provoke the Supreme when I'm defeated, in fact, every week.
Kim Kataguiri: I am defeated in the Chamber of Deputies on public policies approved by the Lula government and I never appealed to the Supreme Court.
