And second, because I believe we need a change in the State of São Paulo.
Kim Kataguiri: The State of São Paulo is the richest and most productive in the federation, yet it still doesn't use all of its potential.
Kim Kataguiri: It is stagnant in education and leaves much to be desired in public security.
