Kim Kataguiri: We impose measures, restrictive penalties on pedophiles.
We prevent a pedophile from owning a daycare, having a playground, owning any establishment frequented by, or whose clientele consists of, children or adolescents.
Kim Kataguiri: So, we even prevent him from getting close to schools and daycares.
Kim Kataguiri: The judge, by placing an electronic ankle monitor on the pedophile, will carry out his monitoring and establish the places frequented by children which that pedophile will not be able to approach, under penalty of regressing in regime, of returning to prison.
