Kim Kataguiri: Mr. President, once again I will reinforce the following argument: inserting into the Constitution a provision that the 6-for-1 schedule no longer exists does not end the 6-for-1 schedule.
I cite countries where workers work less and receive higher wages than in Brazil: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Italy and Germany.
Kim Kataguiri: None of those countries has working hours or schedules provided for in the Constitution.
Kim Kataguiri: They all advanced not with a populist and demagogic political class, but from a serious debate about where to invest public resources so that the Country would develop and workers would receive a larger share of the wealth generated.
