Kim Kataguiri: As I warned, the panel has an overwhelming majority against me.
Kim Kataguiri: And what will that change? Nothing. Thank you, Mr. President.
Madam President, Party Mission directs "no". I want to emphasize that the Government base approached President Hugo Motta to make a maneuver and not be forced to vote against the 4-for-3 schedule.
Kim Kataguiri: I would vote against it, just as I voted "no" now, against the Government base's populism, and I would vote "no" on the 4-for-3 schedule.
Kim Kataguiri: Now, that same coherence and that same courage does not seem to be present in the Workers' Party, which would vote "no" to the 4-for-3 schedule, but in order not to mark its vote, approached President Hugo Motta to make a maneuver, present a consolidating amendment and not put its mark on the vote it defends behind the scenes.
