This is a fundamental project for us to combat pedophilia.
Kim Kataguiri: It makes no sense for us not to vote on a project that imposes restrictions on pedophiles, that prevents a pedophile from approaching a daycare, that prevents a pedophile from owning a daycare, that prevents a pedophile from adopting a child, that prevents a pedophile from sleeping in the same room as a child.
