The very woman later killed that woman's son and was released because of the CNJ decision to end custodial psychiatric hospitals.
Kim Kataguiri: I presented this bill; it was approved in the CCJ; it did not receive the votes of the supporters of the current misogyny law project.
Kim Kataguiri: So the man who killed seven women is at large, thanks to a measure that also met resistance here from the base of the left-wing government.
