think that first Governor Tarcísio did not keep the promise to value the public security forces, both in terms of pay—the São Paulo Police is one of those with the worst salaries in the federation—and it's precisely the State of São Paulo that ends up paying for most of the military police of other states through the transfers we make from the Union: work done in São Paulo, but taxes that go to Brasília.
Kim Kataguiri: In terms of equipment as well, we have a great need for the Scientific Police, for the Military Police, especially for the Tobias de Aguiar ostensive patrols.
