Kim Kataguiri: We need to surround the state with cameras with artificial intelligence so that no criminal can enter the state of São Paulo and, if they try to leave, they will be arrested.
We know that the cities that adopted these cameras today, and I was in São Caetano recently, there they have Smart Sanka, and the cities have been able to improve their public safety indicators, but those criminals go to other cities.
Kim Kataguiri: And I want them to go to another state, like the governor of São Paulo.
Kim Kataguiri: by doing this electronic encirclement, by valuing our police forces, which, as I said, received a promise that they would be rewarded under the tucano governments that never valued our security forces fairly, and by investing heavily in technology and artificial intelligence, in regulating the organic law of the police as well, which had a modernization in federal law of police careers, and unfortunately the State government is not complying with the federal law in which we can... add, actually, give more dynamism to police careers, give more power so that our Civil Police, especially, can investigate competently and with freedom.
