What Luis Inacio Lula da Silva said about expand capacity and safety of federal highways

Good morning. We continue our work today in Rio de Janeiro and in São Paulo. This morning we will inaugurate the first stage of the new Serra das Araras, on the Presidente Dutra (RJ). The project increases the capacity and safety of the main road link between Rio and São Paulo, and has the support of BNDES. In the afternoon we head to São Paulo. We will make further announcements about the Celular Seguro program. Afterwards, we will deliver a new radiotherapy device to Hospital Santa Marcelina. At the same time, two more devices will be delivered in Fortaleza, Ceará, and Sinop, Mato Grosso. This is an action of the Programa Agora Tem Especialistas to expand and improve cancer treatment in Brazil and to reduce waiting times in the Unified Health System (SUS).
