Nikolas Ferreira: Disrespect to me, regarding the National Congress, is when we have the majority to approve the amnesty, and it isn't put on the agenda.
Disrespect to the National Congress is when we have here a majority to approve the prerogatives, and that isn't done.
Nikolas Ferreira: This, yes, in fact, I think, creates a negative image of the National Congress.
Nikolas Ferreira: It's not because we had a great number of Deputies up here that this delegitimizes the National Congress.
