And I honestly think the State has a very important role in this.
Renan Santos: If the State sets an example from top to bottom and brings support, including cultural support, to these families, they may stop harming themselves as they are doing and we may begin to raise a new generation, especially these children, ready to live in society and build a better country.
Renan Santos: And this isn't about treating them like poor, helpless people.
