Romeu Zema: First, in August of last year, before I launched my pre-candidacy for the Presidency of the Republic, I met with President Bolsonaro in Brasília to inform him firsthand that I would be launching myself as a pre-candidate for the presidency with Partido Novo.
Romeu Zema: And he said, 'Zema, you have my full support.'
And the more candidates the right has in the 2026 election, the better it will be for the right, the stronger it will become.
Romeu Zema: And we witnessed this movement recently in Chile.
Romeu Zema: There were several right-wing candidates there who, in the second round, worked together.
