And if it is considered as such, it won't be stopped because of the little oddball who lives there, it won't be stopped because of the so-called traditional community five kilometers away that says it is affected and won't be affected; the work will not remain unexecuted. Other countries, notably China and other Asian countries, have advanced. And here in Brazil, when you secure the funding, which is rare to do something, someone comes and stops it.
