Romeu Zema: So you go from a vicious circle to a virtuous circle.
And Brazil — when you correct this issue of the federal government's overspending (I think you who follow the economy will agree with me) — you begin to correct a series of other problems.
Romeu Zema: The big numbers today, I think, are a federal government debt of R$8 trillion; 15% interest on R$8 trillion means R$1.2 trillion per year in interest payments alone, not considering all the other expenses.
Romeu Zema: Because we have a profligate, wasteful government that has no responsibility toward the future.
