Romeu Zema: Eight years ago, when I was in my first election campaign, I was largely unknown, coming from the private sector; I didn't even have 1% of the vote.
Romeu Zema: And as I went around, I visited more than 200 cities in Minas Gerais that year, 2018; the people of Minas began to see that it wasn't so hard to do the right thing.
And now I want to show that again at the national level.
Romeu Zema: So I'm very calm; I have proposals different from most candidates, since I am quite anti-establishment and we know that the system has not contributed to moving Brazil forward.
Romeu Zema: What the system has produced is obvious, especially in recent weeks... Corruption, scandal, indignation — and it's exactly this that we have not had here in Minas in seven years and three months of the Zema administration.
