Sérgio Moro: If, at that time, any investigator responsible for conducting the investigations or the Federal Police superintendent there in Curitiba had been replaced, there would have been a popular uproar.
Sérgio Moro: And more: I, as the judge of the case, would never allow measures of that sort to be taken, contrary to a necessary cause.
Of course, occasionally an investigator may be replaced because he no longer wishes to conduct the case or because he is at a point of need, even fatigue from complex investigations, but for that the reason would have to be publicly disclosed.

Sérgio Moro: If the reasons are not exposed objectively, it is perhaps because they have to be hidden.
