Tarcisio: What Brazil do we want to leave to our children and grandchildren?
Tarcisio: So we have to have a discussion about legacy.
We have a group of spenders out there who are spending a lot, who will spend as if there were no day after tomorrow.
Tarcisio: And we have another group that has a well‑founded, crystal‑clear project, a project... of respect for public accounts, respect for what is collected, a project of modernization, of digitalization, of a leaner State, a more efficient State, of taking advantage of these great opportunities, whether in the knowledge economy, in the energy transition, or in food security.
Tarcisio: A State that sees Brazilians as entrepreneurs, that recognizes our population's capacity to respond, to grow, to emancipate.
