Tarcisio: A State that sees Brazilians as entrepreneurs, that recognizes our population's capacity to respond, to grow, to emancipate.
Tarcisio: I think of a State that will be able to confront serious, chronic issues such as organized crime and public safety, and that will offer an alternative so that citizens feel safer.
A State that will address topics such as political reform and the aging of the population.
Tarcisio: Greater longevity will demand that those who govern have the capacity to think through the financing of the SUS, and we need to preserve this great asset, that is, and to preserve it we're going to need... and how will this financing be arranged, what will the sources be, because citizens deserve access to healthcare and quality, deserve access to the best medical tests, and obviously that costs money, but how do we gain efficiency, how will artificial intelligence enter public services, how will it be an ally in public safety, in health, in education.
Tarcisio: So, having a team capable and prepared for that discussion is what will, in fact, ultimately connect with the citizen's demands.
