Tarcisio: With the Hub, we began to assess people, see who sought treatment, and we needed to expand capacity.
Tarcisio: People don't know, but we opened 40 therapeutic homes to provide reach and operational capacity.
And we were able to send to treatment not only the people who frequented Cracolândia, but to help fathers and mothers who were desperate about their children in the world of drugs, in chemical dependence, in that darkness, and we were able to refer those people to treatment.
Tarcisio: We tried to understand the business behind Cracolândia, because, let's stop to think, if this thing has been operating for so many years and no one can solve it, it's because there must be something very powerful behind it.
