You can't exactly say that the communication that MBL and Missão carry out is... soft, but they managed to take what you inaugurated, namely the discourse that draws attention, captures attention—the so-called attention economy, especially on the internet—and stretch it into areas that actually verge on the practice and commission of crimes.

And I'm saying this to make fun of a tweet that was made about the PL of misogyny, Deputy Adriana, by Deputy Tabata Amaral.

She said the following: that the children who are reproducing insults among themselves, calling each other 'Sigma', talking about 'Betinha', are reproductions of the industry of misogyny.

And I thought that was a big joke, right?

First, because the level of ignorance regarding Generation Z slang — 'Sigma' is not an insult among kids, it's a compliment.

And another thing: 'Betinha' has nothing to do with hatred of women; it's about making fun of men, right?

So, to put this... within the scope of the PL of misogyny, in which the rhetoric is about combating violence against women, the argument being that it starts with a little joke and ends with the death of a woman, for you to cite a joke like a guy being 'mogado', a guy being 'betinha', a guy being 'sigma', I even feel embarrassed to speak about such a subject in the plenary.

It trivializes and reveals the deputy's true intention behind that PL.
