Sentences and Aggravating Factors

So at no point are we talking about the death penalty, although I do support it.

I think, for example, there was a recent case of collective pedophilia that was committed by minors here, if I'm not mistaken, in the state of São Paulo.

A 10-month-old baby is raped and killed by asphyxiation in Fortaleza. There is no recourse other than lethal injection or the electric chair for those involved. A nation that does not avenge its children is not worthy of anything.

I personally advocate for a new Constitution that would allow the death penalty, because for me the pedophile, a person who rapes a child, does not even deserve to be supported by the State inside a prison with life imprisonment.

I personally support the death penalty, but since that is unconstitutional today, the most we can do to restrict the freedom of the pedophile, the most we can do to protect our children, we will do.

In my view, we should have a new Constitution so that the pedophile receives the death penalty, is sentenced to death; that is my personal position.
