I want an active Senate, with Marcel there, with Marinho as president, impeaching ministers when these absurdities are happening, changing the rules.

Mr. President, the other Deputy over there thinks that, by speaking more calmly, he will present my melodramatic words as if they were a crime: "Wow, look at the crime Nikolas committed!" If any Deputy commits a crime, we will make sure he is held accountable for it.
