Legal Certainty

We have a big problem of legal insecurity in our country.

I, as President of the Republic, will certainly appoint four ministers to the STF (Supreme Federal Tribunal) who respect the Constitution.

The financial operators, the influencers, obviously, all of this with due process of law, through administrative procedure.

So I know what an important business is, which is so vulnerable to legal uncertainty.

It changes all the time.
