Kim Kataguiri: Mr. President, there is a case I want to cite that occurred this week.
Kim Kataguiri: A man was released who killed ten people, the majority of them women; raped three women; killed his own wife, then killed that woman's son, and was released because of the CNJ's decision to end custodial psychiatric hospitals.
I presented that bill, which was approved in the CCJ.
Kim Kataguiri: It did not have the vote of the supporters of the misogyny bill.
Kim Kataguiri: So, the man who killed seven women is free, thanks to a measure that met with resistance from the base of the Left Government.
